Returns

Returns:

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.  If you believe you have received defective merchandise, you must contact us via email or phone within 5 Days of receiving the product.  If you have a product to return that is not damaged, you must also contact the office within 5 Days. NO EXCEPTIONS!

• You must request a Return Authorization in order to return any item.
• A 20% re-stocking fee will incur for all returns, excluding damaged items. 
• You as a purchaser will be responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned items.  Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Include a copy of the invoice with the item or items circled that you are returning.
• Once we receive the merchandise and process the return a credit will be issued to you. Please allow 3-5 days for the return to be processed.

You will not be allowed to return:  Sale/Clearance items, jewelry, scarves, belts, and gift certificates.

Susian's Country Vintage only issues full refund for manufacturer defect and shipment of wrong items/quantity.

Exchanges:

Due to the limited quantities per unique style we can not guarantee an exchange.  We offer a store credit which you may use to purchase another item of your liking.

Products must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with original tags attached.
• If the item is returned with makeup on them, we will not accept the return and the item will be mailed back to you.

We do reserve the right to refuse any returns that we feel are not compliant with our policies.  All merchandise is inspected before it it shipped to you.
